Not only did they let me change my order type to express after the fact due to a mistake on my part, the order arrived at the earliest time it was possible to, easily getting it here in time for my event. Everything was there, the material the items are made of are incredibly well made and comfortable, and the detail is amazing. The pouch is usable, the pants have pockets and the shoes are actually covers that can go over whatever pair of shoes you feel comfortable wearing should you require a particular kind, whilst still maintaining the appearance that matches the costume. It is easily worth the price they charge. I will certainly be purchasing from them in the future
