Hello there! :) I just wanted to give a positive feedback about the costumer service. The person responsible for it was very kind, direct and competent. I've ordered a pack of items (including the hat) to the UK and I had some problems with the parcel - I didn't collect it in time from the post office. After a while I was emailed about whereabouts of the parcel and it was resend to me free of charge. Excellent service!
