I would give this a four and a half stars honestly! There was a few loose strings but that’s not much. The material is actually very comfortable! The only issue is how heavy the hood is, which is too be expected sincerely there’s some small metal rods for the ears, but having the hood off does cause the neck line to ride up, meaning you’ll have to adjust it. Honestly though very comfortable!
